Project Executive (Sports)

Salary: Up to $3,600/month


We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee deployment operations across multiple sports facilities and delivering of quality services across various sites.

Job Scope

✅ Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships
✅ Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and operational deployment
✅ Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
✅ Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
✅ Monitor service KPIs, operational performance, and quality standards
✅ Drive operational improvements and service excellence initiatives
✅ Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates
✅ Be on standby for operational needs when required

Requirements

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, deployment management, or service delivery
✔️ Experience managing multi-site operations and large workforces preferred
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems
✔️ Able to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment
✔️ Be on stand-by for operational requirements outside of regular hours when necessary

Based in Bedok (site visits to multiple locations required)
